I wanted to take a minute to thank you for the incredible service you have given Magnolia Homes for so many years. You have always been there with the answer whenever there has been a question about maintaining our grass. Your delivery guys are very considerate to place the sod wherever it is most convenient for us to get to etc. Most of all I have noticed the difference in our homes yards from other builders as far as the maturity of the grass and the amount of weeds. Other builders homes grass a lot of times seems thin and has a lot of weeds in it. Our homeowners thank us sometimes for their yards because of the quality of the grass, it helps them get their yard established quickly since they are already off to a great start and do not have to start by killing a lot of weeds and trying to build up the quality of their grass.
